Caller: Samantha They are fraudsters, they send me quotes claiming to be Department of public works, sometimes with the same number they say they are Correctional services.

They said they were from standard bank fraud division and proceeded to ask me for my 16 digit card number. They hang up the moment I refused to give them the numbers and they refused to tell me their name
