Caller: Possible scammer

Caller claims to be from telkom and that you’ve been awarded 20 000 and a cellphone but the requirements to get the reward do not match those of the telkom website and the money you will get via ewallet but telkom requests winners to give them banking details and the caller says you have to donate to charity to get the reward but telkom does not require that

They said I won 20000 and a Samsung S23 and they never came back to after sending them R100 voucher
