keeps insisting to speak to a full name , that u can hear they reading off a list , and every time i ask who is this and where are you calling from what is the reason of this call all they can keep saying is can i speak to full name can i speak to full name ,,, then hangs up when u press the situation . every number that looks like this with one or 2 numbers changed is these ppl , if u try to call back u are blocked from connection of call meaning they tried to scam and hangup and blocked your number from calling that number back so not to face repercussions
